I would like to officially welcome you as a member at the Church of St. John of Damascus.  Your participation and attendance in Church each Sunday will be most welcome, and we look forward to your full support of the Church and its events.  There are many organizations within the parish for you to consider participating in on a more personal level, if you are interested.

As you may know, we do ask that each member examine his/her individual financial situation and give to the church according to the blessings God has bestowed upon you.  We ask that each adult member of your family, 18 years and older, complete a pledge form upon joining the parish.  You will be assigned an envelope number to be used when making any contribution to the Church so that we may properly credit your church records. If this causes some confusion, please call the church office and speak with Patti.

1. Print out and complete the new member form ( Adobe Acrobat Format).
2. Print out and complete a pledge form for the current year for each new member 18 years and older.
3. Mail all completed forms to the church office at:
