2008 Nominations
to the Executive Board

April 4, 2008

Dear Parishioners,

It is that time of year when we plan to nominate and elect members of the parish who are in good standing and are willing to serve on the Executive Board for a period of three years.

In accordance with our constitution, the nominee must meet the following qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older and must have been a voting member of the parish for at least 2 years.
2. Must have fulfilled the canonical requirements of the faith.
3. Must have met his/her full financial obligations to the church.

Nominations to the Board can be made by either:

1. E-mail
   1. Send an e-mail to the Executive Board Nomination Committee .
   2. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
      • Name of person you are nominating
      • Address of nominee
      • Phone number of nominee
2. Regular Mail
   1. Download and print the Nomination Letter (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader )
   2. Complete the information at the bottom of the letter with the name, address and phone number of the person you would like to nominate.
   3. Send the completed nomination form to:

All nominations must be received no later than Thursday, May 5, 2008

Nominees whom parishioners have reason to believe would be interested in serving on the Board, or have confirmed an interest personally, would be preferable as submissions.

For your information, below are the names of current Board members whose terms expire this year in 2008. Other Board members and their respective term expirations are also shown.

* Not eligible for re-election
