St. John’s Health/Hygiene Kits Project

St. John’s Health/Hygiene Kits Service Project

St John’s Health/Hygiene Kits Service Project, through the International Orthodox Christian Charities, (IOCC), is to make Health / Hygiene Kits to be sent to those in need throughout the world.  In 2023, IOCC has shipped thousands of hygiene kits to Georgia and Armenia and in 2024 to Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Another shipment is under preparation for Ukraine.

Our goal was to raise funds to make 300 kits

In slightly over the 40 days of Lent, we have surpassed our goal to make 300 Hygiene Kits! Because of your generous donations, bulk pricing, and other factors, we are now able to make ...

1,000 Hygiene Kits to send to those in need throughout the world!

You may continue to donate to this project so we can provide more humanitarian support for service projects for those in need.  Donate online today by completing the donation form on this page or sending a check to St. John of Damascus Church, 300 West Street, Dedham, MA 02026 and mark the check "Health/Hygiene Kits".   The deadline for donations is May 25, 2024.

The Sports Tickets Raffle will continue until May 25th with the drawings being held on May 26th.

About the IOCC

The International Orthodox Christian Charities, or IOCC, is the humanitarian aid and development agency of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the US established to support various humanitarian projects.

The IOCC works in cooperation with the Orthodox Church and other partners to serve people in need, in the spirit of Christ’s love. By God’s grace, IOCC strives to equip those we serve to continue to improve their own lives and communities.

IOCC works in partnership with Church World Services (CWS) to handle the processing and shipments of humanitarian aid kits that volunteers assemble and ship to the CWS warehouse in Maryland.
